Forward Messages and Requests

  1. From the Inbox of Communications, Appointments, Prescriptions, or Online Forms, right-click the message you want to forward, and select Forward.
    The Forward Item window opens.
  2. Select the user or user group to forward the message or the request to.

    If you cannot find a user or group, enter a search string in the field provided and select Search.

  3. In Message, enter your note for the user.

    Your message also appears in the History section, prefaced with your username and the current date and time.

  4. Select Send.
    The forwarded message is still available in the Inbox of all users in the distribution list. The forwarded icon appears in the Read Status column. Other users can open the message and check the History section to find out who the message is forwarded to. You can access the forwarded item from your Outbox folder.
