Update or Remove Radiology Tests

You can remove radiology tests or change the diagnosis or indication for a radiology test before placing the order.

1. Open the Home or any other applicable template, select Orders from the upper navigation bar, and then select Single Order or Radiology Order.
2. In the Radiology Order template or the Radiology panel of the Single Order template, select the test to update from the This Order grid.
   The diagnoses associated with the selected test appear in the Diagnosis grid, and the indication associated with the selected test appears in the Indication field.
3. Do one of the following:
   • To change the diagnoses associated with the selected test, select Dx & Px.
     Note: If you change the diagnosis code for a test configured for Appropriate Use Criteria (AUC) in File Maintenance, you must review the AUC scores manually.
   • To change the indication associated with the selected test, select a different indication from Indication.
4. Select Update.
5. Optional: To remove a test from the This Order grid, select the test, and then select Remove.
6. Optional: To remove all tests from the This Order grid, select Remove All.
