Setup a Default Assessment Page

You can setup a default assessment page for a practice or a provider.
  1. On the Specialty Common Assess Config practice template, expand the Manage Common Assessment Pages and Links panel.
  2. In the Common Assessment Pages grid, select the desired assessment page.
  3. In the field below the Rendering column of the Common Assessment Pages grid, select a practice or provider.

  4. Click Add/Update.
