Set Up Default Assessment Pages

You can set an assessment page as a default page for a provider or practice to add diagnoses.

  1. On the Specialty Common Assessment Config template, expand the Manage Common Assessment Pages and Links panel.
  2. Select the assessment page to be assigned as default from the grid.
    The details of the selected page are filled in the corresponding fields.
  3. To set the assessment page as a default page for a provider, select the provider's name from the field for the Rendering column.
  4. To set the assessment page as a default page for the current practice, select Practice Default from the field for the Rendering column.
  5. Select Add/Update.
    The selected assessment page is assigned as a default page for the provider or practice.
