Set Up Default Assessment Pages

You can set an assessment page as a default page for a provider or practice to add diagnoses. On the Specialty Common Assessment Config template, expand the Manage Common Assessment Pages and Links panel. Note: By default, the active assessment pages are displayed in the grid. Select the assessment page to be assigned as default from the grid. The details of the selected page are filled in the corresponding fields. To set the assessment page as a default page for a provider, select the provider's name from the field for the Rendering column. To set the assessment page as a default page for the current practice, select Practice Default from the field for the Rendering column. Select Add/Update. Update Assessment Pages

You can update the details of assessment pages and deactivate existing assessment pages. On the Specialty Common Assessment Config template, expand the Manage Common Assessment Pages and Links panel. Note: By default, the active assessment pages are displayed in the grid. Select the assessment page to be updated from the grid. The details of the selected page are filled in the corresponding fields. Update the details as needed. To deactivate the selected assessment page without making any changes, clear the Active checkbox. Select Add/Update. The changes are saved to the selected page in the grid. Create Assessment Pages

You can create assessment pages used to add diagnoses to a patient's history. On the Specialty Common Assessment Config template, expand the Manage Common Assessment Pages and Links panel. Note: By default, the active assessment pages are displayed in the grid. Enter the name of the assessment page to be created in the field for the Common Assessment Page column. From the field for the Category column, select the desired category. Note: The category determines whether the page is viewable on the Inf Common Assessment template when it is opened from medical record templates. From the field for the Age column, and select the appropriate age group. From the field for the Gender column, and select the appropriate gender. To set the assessment page as default to the current practice or a provider, select Practice Default or a provider's name from the field for the Rendering column. Managing Assessment Pages

You can manage assessment pages and set default pages for rendering providers and practice. You can create and manage assessment pages using the Manage Common Assessment Pages and Links panel of the Specialty Common Assessment Config template. Copy an Assessment Page

You can copy an assessment page to another practice or provider. On the Specialty Common Assess Config practice template, expand the Manage Common Assessment Pages and Links panel. In the Common Assessment Pages grid, select the desired assessment page. For Copy to, select Current Practice or Another Practice. If you select Another Practice, you must click in the field to select that practice. To copy to only a specific provider in the practice, select the provider in the Copy to Provider field. Copy an Existing Common Assessment Page to Another Practice

On the Common Assessments practice template, expand the Manage Common Assessment Page and Links panel. Highlight a row to be copied from the Common Assessment Pages grid. Click the Copy button. The Info Copy Assessment window opens. Click OK to duplicate the common assessment page. The applicable information displays in the Common assessment page name, Template link name, Specialty, Age, and Gender fields. Enter a unique page name in the Common assessment page name field. Edit the other field values. Click an option in the Copy to field. If you select the Another Practice option, enter the practice in the associated field. When copying to another practice, the entry will not appear in the current practice but is available in the other practice's grid. Click the Add/Update button to upload the data to the grid.
