Add a New Common Assessment Page
- On the Common Assessments practice template, expand the Manage Common Assessment Page and Links panel.
 - Do one of the following:
   
- Enter a new name that is not added to the list in the Common assessment page name field.
 - Click the Common assessment page name field to select an existing common assessment.  
 
 - Click the Template Link name field and select an option from the list.
   This list indicates what the user sees in the patient's chart but not necessarily what template launches.
 - Click the Specialty field and select an option from the list. You can select the All option or any of the individual specialty.
 - Click the Age field and select an option from the list. You can select All, Adult, or Pediatrics.
 - Click the Gender field and select an option from the list. You can select All, Male, or Female options.
 - Click the Add/Update button to save the new common assessment page to the Common Assessment Pages grid.
   
 - When you have completed the changes, scroll to the bottom of the template, and click the Save & Close button.
 - After you define a common assessment page, you must also define the assessments that are to be part of the page in the Manage Common Assessments panel.
