Create a New Assessment Page

You can create a new assessment page.
  1. On the Specialty Common Assess Config practice template, expand the Manage Common Assessment Pages and Links panel.

  2. In the field below the Common Assessment Page column of the grid, enter a name for new assessment page.
  3. Select a Category (Ortho Dx or PMH).
    This category determines where the page is viewable from when launched on the NextGen® Orthopedic Suite templates.
  4. Select age and gender.
  5. To set the assessment page as default to a practice or provider, select a practice or provider in the Rendering field.
  6. Select an option: ICD-10 or ICD-9.
  7. Select the Active check box.
  8. Click Add/Update.
    The newly created assessment page appears in the Common Assessment Pages grid.
