Managing Assessment Pages

You can manage assessment pages and set default pages for rendering providers and practice. You can create and manage assessment pages using the Manage Common Assessment Pages and Links panel of the Specialty Common Assessment Config template. You can do the following in the Manage Common Assessment Pages and Links panel. Create assessment pages Update assessment pages Set default assessment pages for rendering providers and practice Copy assessment pages to another provider or practice Deactivate existing assessment pages Manage Common Assessment Pages and Links Create Assessment Pages You can create assessment pages used to add diagnoses to a patient's history. Open the Common Assessment Configuration Template

You can open the Specialty Common Assessment Config template from the specialty configuration homepage. On the Specialty Config Home template, select Common Assess Config from the left navigation bar. The Specialty Common Assessment Config template opens. Select the Product field, and select one of the following options from the list. IORTS. Select this option to configure settings for NextGen® Orthopedic Suite. ETS. Musculo Foundation Configurations (INF)

With the following system and practice templates of Musculo Foundation (INF), you can configure various elements of NextGen® Therapy Suite medical record templates. Managing Items of an Assessment Page

You can add, update, and remove various items in an assessment page. You can use the Manage Common Assessments panel of the Specialty Common Assessment Config practice template to build an assessment page using a combination of different types of items. You can add up to 124 items to an assessment page. The items configured for an assessment page appear in the Inf Common Assessment template for adding diagnoses to a patient’s history. Common Assessment Configuration

You can use the Specialty Common Assess Config practice template to build assessment pages with diagnosis groups on the Assessment Configuration template. These pages are accessed throughout the NextGen® Orthopedic Suite templates to add diagnoses to the patient’s history grids. You can set default pages based on rendering provider or practice, and copy assessment pages to another practice or provider. Create Assessment Pages

You can create assessment pages used to add diagnoses to a patient's history. On the Specialty Common Assessment Config template, expand the Manage Common Assessment Pages and Links panel. Note: By default, the active assessment pages are displayed in the grid. Enter the name of the assessment page to be created in the field for the Common Assessment Page column. From the field for the Category column, select the desired category. Note: The category determines whether the page is viewable on the Inf Common Assessment template when it is opened from medical record templates. From the field for the Age column, and select the appropriate age group. From the field for the Gender column, and select the appropriate gender. To set the assessment page as default to the current practice or a provider, select Practice Default or a provider's name from the field for the Rendering column. Select the option to indicate whether the assessment page contains the ninth or tenth revision codes of Intern
