Preregistration of Patients

You can contact patients, and do the preregistration before their visit to the office.

On the Pre Reg template, you can document the chief complaints, appointment details, patient demographics, and insurance details of a patient. You can also document additional details about the appointment, and generate letters for the preregistration of the patient. You can manually add the details of the preregistered patients to the Pre-Reg Worklog template by clicking the Scanned-Add to Worklog button.
