You can access the Pre Reg template from the Home template.
On the Home template, click the Pre Reg link.
The Pre Reg template opens.

You can access the FC Past Med Hx template from the Home template. On the Home template, click the New Fracture tab. The Navigation window opens. You can open the Missed Appointment template using the Forms link. On the Home template, click the Forms link. The Navigation window opens. You can contact patients, and do the preregistration before their visit to the office. On the Pre Reg template, you can document the chief complaints, appointment details, patient demographics, and insurance details of a patient. You can also document additional details about the appointment, and generate letters for the preregistration of the patient. You can manually add the details of the preregistered patients to the Pre-Reg Worklog template by clicking the Scanned-Add to Worklog button. Pre Reg template The following table describes the panels on the Pre Reg template. Panel Description Appointment You can document the appointment details such as problem, provider, location, and appointment type. Demographic Information You can view the patient's demographic details documented in NextGen® Enterprise PM. You can also add additional details.
