Access the FC Past Med Hx Template

You can access the FC Past Med Hx template from the Home template.

1. On the Home template, click the New Fracture tab.
   The Navigation window opens.
2. Select any fracture care template from the list, and click OK.
   The selected template opens.
3. On the fracture care template, click the Past Med Fx tab.
   The FC Past Med Hx template opens.
