Providers and Patient Histories for Pre-Registration

The Clinical 1 template enables you to add the patient histories and the details of the providers.

You can use the Clinical 1 template to document the providers and shared care facilities that needs to be added in the documentation for pre-registration of a patient. You can also document any patient histories, medications, and allergies prior to the patient visit for their appointment. This template has the Providers and History panels.

You can use the notes and signoff sections to add the notes and sign off the details documented on the Clinical 1 template. The Notes field is shared with the following pre-registration templates.
