Use the
Medications grid to view the patient's active medications. These are pulled from the Medications module. You can reconcile the medications, add new ones, or remove ones that are no longer active.
- To indicate that medications have been reviewed, select the Reviewed check box.
- The None check box is automatically selected if no medications are listed.
- To remove a medication, select it and click Remove.
Note: When you click Remove, it instantly removes the selected medication from the grid and changes its status to inactive in the Medications module. Make certain that you have selected the medication that you intend to remove.
- To add or edit a medication, click Add to open the Medications module.
