The Medications Review template enables you to reconcile medications listed for the patient with the medications the patient is taking and how the patient is taking them.
The Medications Review template has three panels:
- Reconciliation type – has a check box that indicates if reconciliation was completed manually and has an Electronic Reconciliation button. To use electronic reconciliation, you must have a CCDA document or medication record to import.
- Medication Module– displays all medications that were added from the Medications module.
- Medication Review– displays current medications pending review in the Medication List and reviewed medications appear in the Medication Review grid.
