View and Reactivate an Inactive Medication
You can view and restore an inactive medication to the picklist.
Select the
Inactive
option.
The grid displays all medication that have been marked as inactive.
Select the medication from the
Medication Information
grid.
Select the
Toggle
button.
The medication moves to the
Active Medication Information
grid.

Inactivate a Medication
When a medication is no longer used you can change its status from Active to Inactive. Make sure the Active option is highlighted so you are viewing active medications in the grid. Select the medication in grid. A check mark appears to the left of the selected medication. Select the Toggle button. The medication status becomes inactive. Reactivate an Alert
You can restore an Inactive alert to Active status. Select the Inactive option to view inactive alerts in the grid. Select the alert from the grid. Select Toggle. Removing and Restoring Picklist Items
You cannot delete items that you have added to the picklist grids, but you can toggle them between Active status (appear in the picklist and are displayed in the grid when you select the Active option) and Inactive status (do not appear in the picklist, and are displayed in the grid when you select the Inactive option). Deactivate a Medication
Open the Medication Configuration template. Expand the Medication Dispensing Inventory panel. Select the medication in the grid. The medication information appears in the fields. Select the Inactive check box. Medication Dispensing Inventory panel Select Update. The medication disappears from the grid. In Status, select All. Activate a Medication

View Inactive Alerts
