Reactivate an Alert
You can restore an
Inactive
alert to
Active
status.
Select the
Inactive
option to view inactive alerts in the grid.
Select the alert from the grid.
Select
Toggle
.
The alert is reactivated, and will appear in the grid when the
Active
option is selected.

Inactivate an Expiring Medication Alert
You can inactivate any expiring medication alert. This stops the alert from firing and removes it from view when the Active option is selected. Select the entry in the grid. Inactivate a Medication
When a medication is no longer used you can change its status from Active to Inactive. Make sure the Active option is highlighted so you are viewing active medications in the grid. Select the medication in grid. A check mark appears to the left of the selected medication. Select the Toggle button. The medication status becomes inactive. View and Reactivate an Inactive Medication
You can view and restore an inactive medication to the picklist. Select the Inactive option. The grid displays all medication that have been marked as inactive. Expiring Alert Threshold
Use the Expiring Alert Threshold grid to configure the medication and the days prior to expiration date for the alert to display. You can add or update alert thresholds, or toggle the status of alerts between Active and Inactive. You can only add or update alerts when the grid is set to show Active entries. Set an Expiring Medication Alert
Select the field below the DrugName column of the grid. The MLTS MedOnly PL picklist opens, showing all active medications from the Medication Information grid. Select the medication and select OK. Select the field below the Days column and type in the number of days prior to the drug’s expiration date that you want the alert to fire. Select Add to save the entry to the grid.
