Restore a Picklist Item

Select the Inactive option above the grid. Select the item that you want to restore to the picklist. Select the Toggle button. The item now appears in the picklist and in the grid when you select the Active option. Parent topic: Removing and Restoring Picklist Items

Remove a Picklist Item

Select the Active option above the grid. Select the item in the grid that you want to remove from the picklist. Select the Toggle button. The item moves to the inactive list. You can toggle items in the picklist grids between Active status (appear in the picklist) and Inactive status (do not appear in the picklist). Reactivate an Administering Template Picklist Item

You can restore an inactive picklist item to the active list. Select the template in the Template field. If necessary, make selections in any preceding grids to populate the grid for the picklist that has the item you want to remove. Select the Inactive option above the desired grid. Select the item from the grid. Select the Toggle button. The item is Active in the picklist and visible in the grid when the Active option is selected. View and Reactivate an Inactive Medication

You can view and restore an inactive medication to the picklist. Select the Inactive option. The grid displays all medication that have been marked as inactive. Select the medication from the Medication Information grid. Select the Toggle button. The medication moves to the Active Medication Information grid. Parent topic: Inactivate a Medication
