Remove a Picklist Item
Select the
Active
option above the grid.
Select the item in the grid that you want to remove from the picklist.
Select the
Toggle
button.
The item moves to the inactive list. It will not appear in the picklist. To view inactive items, select the
Inactive
option above the grid.

Restore a Picklist Item

Removing and Restoring Picklist Items
You cannot delete items that you have added to the picklist grids, but you can toggle them between Active status (appear in the picklist and are displayed in the grid when you select the Active option) and Inactive status (do not appear in the picklist, and are displayed in the grid when you select the Inactive option).
