Update a Picklist Item
You can update any active entry in a picklist grid, to change how it appears in the picklist. Select the item in the grid. The item text enters the field below the grid. Removing and Restoring Picklist Items
You cannot delete items that you have added to the picklist grids, but you can toggle them between Active status (appear in the picklist and are displayed in the grid when you select the Active option) and Inactive status (do not appear in the picklist, and are displayed in the grid when you select the Inactive option).
