Add an Item to a Picklist

You can add an item to any grid that is set to Active. This adds the item into the picklist. Select the field below the grid and type the picklist entry. Select Add to save it to the grid. Removing and Restoring Picklist Items

You cannot delete items that you have added to the picklist grids, but you can toggle them between Active status (appear in the picklist and are displayed in the grid when you select the Active option) and Inactive status (do not appear in the picklist, and are displayed in the grid when you select the Inactive option).
