Add an Item to a Picklist
You can add an item to any grid that is set to Active. This adds the item into the picklist.
- Select Add to save it to the grid.
To clear the field, select the Eraser button
to the right of the field.

You can update an active item in a picklist grid, to change how it appears in the picklist. CAUTION: You cannot change the Patient or Practice entries in the Medication Source grid, nor the Private entry in the Immunization Source grid. Select the item in the grid.
