Update a Picklist Item

You can update an active item in a picklist grid, to change how it appears in the picklist. CAUTION: You cannot change the Patient or Practice entries in the Medication Source grid, nor the Private entry in the Immunization Source grid. Select the item in the grid. The item text enters the field below the grid. Select the field to edit the text. Select Update to save the changes. Parent topic: Configuring Source Types

Remove a Picklist Item

To remove an item from a picklist, select it and select the Toggle button to make it Inactive. For more details, see the section Removing and Restoring Picklist Items. Parent topic: Configuring Source Types

You can add items to any grid that is set to Active. Doing so adds the item to the picklist. Select the field below the grid and type the picklist entry. Select Add to save it to the grid.
