Manage Patient Medications

You can update the medication records, and mark an active medication as inactive.

• To update a medication record, select the row containing the record in the Medications panel, select Add/Update, and update the necessary details on Medication Module.
• To mark an active medication as inactive when the patient has discontinued taking the medication, select the row containing the medication record on Medication Module, and then select Stop.
