Manage Patient Medications

You can update the medication records, and mark an active medication as inactive. To update a medication record, select the row containing the record in the Medications panel, select Add/Update, and update the necessary details on Medication Module. To mark an active medication as inactive when the patient has discontinued taking the medication, select the row containing the medication record on Medication Module, and then select Stop. Document a Medication You can add medications details for the treatment of a patient. Medication Reconciliation for a Patient Medication reconciliation is a review of patient adherence to prescribed medications. Open the Patient Status Template

You can open information templates containing details about documenting the associated Clinical Quality Measure (CQM). You can open the Patient Status information template by using Quality in the Medications section. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Open the Intake or SOAP template. Expand the Medications section. Access the Medications Module

Patient's Medications Review by Provider

Launch a Patient’s Chart from the Panel
