Select the patient from the patient administered grid and click the
Open Chart
button.
The
Inventory Management
template closes and the patients chart opens.

Open a Patient's Chart from the Appointments List
You can open a chart from the appointment list for the selected patient to view the details. To open a patient’s chart from the Appointments tab, do one of the following. View Waste Transactions

Open a Patient’s Chart from the Worklog
