Mark External Radiology Orders as Completed in the Radiology Order Management Template

After a radiology test is performed at an external facility, you can update the details of the test and mark the order as completed.

  1. Open the Radiology Order Management template.
    The details of the order you selected for opening the Radiology Order Management template are displayed in their corresponding fields. To update a different order, you can filter the orders displayed in the grid, and then select the order.
  2. If your practice uses a picture archiving and communication system (PACS), select PACS to open medical images and reports.
  3. Update the necessary details, and then enter your comments.
  4. Select the test performed date.
  5. After you view the films taken during the test, enter the findings and impressions for the test.
  6. Select the Completed checkbox.
  7. Select Update, and then select Close.
