Indicating the Treatment as an Incident to a Previous Encounter
The Finalize Visit template contains a checkbox to help you indicate if today’s patient care is an incident to a plan or a diagnosis made on a previous patient encounter.
You can select the Incident To check box to open the IORTS Incident to Plan template, which shows a filtered list of previous encounters. You can select an encounter to indicate that it is an incident to the today's treatment.
