Letters and Reports on the Finalize Visit Template

The Finalize Visit template has links to letters, office notes, and reports.

The Radiology Report displays all non-X-ray orders that have been performed and interpreted on today's encounter. The X-ray Report displays all x-ray tests that have been performed and interpreted on today’s encounter on the Radiology Order Management template.

There is also a Document Generation Log, carbon copy provider fields, Electronic Clinical Summary, and NextGen Portal Registration sections. You can click the report and letter icons to generate documents.

The Electronic Clinical Summary and NextGen Portal Registration selections carry forward if entered on the Intake template.
