Generating Documents for Canceled and Rescheduled Surgery Orders

You can generate documents for canceled and rescheduled surgery orders, and manage carbon copies configuration.

On the Coordinator template, you can use the sections below the panels to generate documents for canceled and rescheduled surgery orders, and manage carbon copies configuration. If the surgery was canceled or rescheduled on the Surgery Sched template, the Cancelled or Rescheduled section displays the name of the staff who performed the action, and date and time of the action.

You can generate documents for canceled, rescheduled, and revised surgery orders using the appropriate document icons. Clicking the Cancel, Reschedule, and R/S Postpone buttons open templates for respective optional workflows, where you can record the actions performed and who performed them. You can also enter the details of the carbon copies in the Carbon Copies section.

You can configure the documents to be generated based on the surgery location and admit type in the Surgery Scheduling - Document Generation panel on the Document Config system template.
