Document Actions for Clinical Staff

You can document the actions for any clinical staff for a patient's missed appointment.

  1. On the Missed Appointment template, expand the Clinical Staff panel.

  2. Select the appropriate check boxes for the actions required on the missed appointment.
  3. To create a task for other clinical staff, schedulers, or provider, click the corresponding Task icon icon.
  4. Enter your comments in the Comments field.
  5. Select the Done check box.
    Your name and the current date and time are automatically filled in the corresponding fields.
