You can document the actions for any clinical staff for a patient's missed appointment.
- On the Missed Appointment template, expand the Clinical Staff panel.
- Select the appropriate check boxes for the actions required on the missed appointment.
- To create a task for other clinical staff, schedulers, or provider, click the corresponding
icon.
- Enter your comments in the Comments field.
- Select the Done check box.
Your name and the current date and time are automatically filled in the corresponding fields.
