You can delete an appointment from the Clinical History/Notes tab of the Patient Chart window:
 
 
  - From the main toolbar, select Chart.
   
    The Patient Chart window opens.
   
 
  - Click the Clinical History/Notes tab.
 
  - From the list of topics in the Topics section, click the Appointments topic.
   
    The existing appointments for the patient appear in the Details section.
   
 
  - Right-click the appointment to be deleted and select Open from the menu.
   
    The Edit Appointment window opens.
   
 
  - Click the Delete button.
   
    A message appears asking to confirm if you want to delete the selected appointment.
   
 
  - Click OK to delete the appointment.
   
    The appointment is removed from the schedule. The appointment status does not change but, the appointment now has a deleted  

 indicator.
