Cancel Orders in the Radiology Order Management Template

You can cancel ordered or scheduled radiology tests that do not need to be performed. If a radiology test is mistakenly performed, you can mark it as performed in error.

1. Open the Radiology Order Management template.
   The details of the order you selected for opening the Radiology Order Management template are displayed in their corresponding fields. To update a different order, you can filter the orders displayed in the grid, and then select the order.
2. Select the Cancelled checkbox.
   A message appears to confirm the cancellation.
3. Select Yes.
4. Select Update, and then select Close.
   The order is updated as Cancelled.
