Record the Amsler Grid Test Results
In the Amsler Grid panel, enter the Amsler findings in the following fields: OD OS OU If applicable, select the result for the OU field. Lensometry/Refraction Panel
The Lensometry/Refraction panel enables you to enter and review lensometry, refractions, and print glasses prescriptions. You can also use the Historical Lensometry/Refraction link to view historical exam findings. Document a Lensometry Exam Document Auto-Refraction Values Enter Manifest Refraction Findings Record Cycloplegic Refraction Findings You can record the Cycloplegic refraction findings in the Cycloplegic Rx section. Record Binocular Balance Enter Trial Frame Refraction Findings You can enter the trial frame refraction values and copy them to the Glasses Prescription to Print section in the Trial Frame section of the Lensometry/Refraction panel.
