panel, enter the Amsler findings in the following fields:

OU
If applicable, select the result for the

field.
Note:
Findings entered in the

field, fill the

Click the
Draw Amsler Grid
link to open an image and draw the patient's test results.

Record Color Vision Findings
In the Color Vision panel, select the type of test used to test color vision in the Test Type field. Enter the exam findings for the following: OD OS OU Enter the % Red Desaturation and select OD or OS. Enter the % Decreased Bright Sense and select OD or OS. Parent topic: Low Vision Exam

Document Corneal Light Reflex Test Results

Document Contrast Sensitivity Test Findings

Low Vision Exam
The provider can document the exam for a low vision visit on the LV Exam - OPT template. You can review the testing performed by the technician and perform additional exams as needed. Enter Visual Acuity Findings Document an External Exam You can document the external exam of an eye in the External Exam panel. Document a Slit Lamp Exam Document a Posterior Exam Enter Cover Test Findings Enter Nystagmus Findings You can record findings associated with nystagmus in the Nystagmus panel. Display Test Results in a Grid Format
On the Orders Summary tab, select a completed test order. To expand the Results panel, select the down arrow Select the Grid Results tab. The results appear, with the patient detail, at the bottom of the Results panel in a grid format. To print these details, select Print Results on the toolbar. Parent topic: Grid Results Tab

Enter Glare and Contrast Test Findings
As you select a value for the field, the picklist for the next field opens. In the Glare and Contrast Tests section, click the Level field, and select a value from the OPH Bat list. The selected value appears in the field and the OPH Visual Acuity list opens. For OD, select a value from the OPH Visual Acuity list. For OS, select a value from the OPH Visual Acuity list.
