tab, select a completed test order.
To expand the
Results
panel, select the down arrow
Select the
Grid Results
tab.
The results appear, with the patient detail, at the bottom of the
Results
panel in a grid format.
To print these details, select
Print Results
on the toolbar.

Grid Results Tab
The Grid Results tab has two sections: Reported panels and Reported results. The following toolbar selections are available. Option Description Reported panels: includes the status, collection date and any related comments. Refresh Refreshes the display of test results. Delete Panel Deletes the selected results panel. Reported results for: includes the result, unit, any flags, range, observation date and any related comments. Delete Result Deletes the result for a selected test. Display Test Order Results in a Formatted View
On the Orders Summary tab select a completed test. To expand the Results panel, select the down arrow. Select the Formatted Results tab at the bottom of the Results panel. The results appear with the patient detail at the bottom of the Results panel. To print these details, select Print on the toolbar. Note: If you update a patient's demographic information in the NextGen® Enterprise EHR Modify/Update Patient Information window, before you log out of the current session of NextGen® Enterprise EHR, this change may not be reflected in the patient's demographic information in Formatted Results. To display the updated demographic information on the Formatted Results tab, log out or exit NextGen® Enterprise EHR; and then log back on. Parent topic: Formatted Results Tab

The results appear with the patient detail at the bottom of the Results panel. To print these details, select Print on the toolbar. Note: If you update a patient's demographic information in the NextGen® Enterprise EHR Modify/Update Patient Information window, before you log out of the current session of NextGen® Enterprise EHR, this change may not be reflected in the patient's demographic information in Formatted Results. Display New Results Entries in the Results Panel
On the Orders Summary tab, select a completed test. To expand the Results panel, select the down arrow. Select the New Results Entry tab. The results appear with the patient detail at the bottom of the Results panel. To print these details, select Print Results on the toolbar. Note: If you are creating a new results entryfor an ordermanually, there is a 60-character limit on the Component description field. If you exceed this limit, the extra characters are truncated. Display New Results Entries in the Results Panel
On the Orders Summary tab, select a completed test. To expand the Results panel, select the down arrow. Select the New Results Entry tab. The results appear with the patient detail at the bottom of the Results panel. To print these details, select Print Results on the toolbar. Note: If you are creating a new results entryfor an ordermanually, there is a 60-character limit on the Component description field. If you exceed this limit, the extra characters are truncated.
