Providers can review Pachymetry findings and document an interpretation.
- Access the Testing – OPH template.
- On the Ordered Diagnostic Tests panel, select the option to Show Obtained tests.
The grid refreshes to display obtained ophthalmology diagnostic tests.
- Highlight the appropriate pachymetry test in the grid.
Details for the selected test display in the Selected Test Details fields below the grid.
- Expand the Pachymetry panel.
- To document an interpretation of findings, click the Pachymetry Interpretation field for the appropriate eye (OD, OS) and emte the interpretation.
- Enter comments in the Pachymetry Comments field.
- To indicate that the test is completed, click the Test Completed button in the Pachymetry panel.
- The status of the test changes to completed and the Test completed indicator appears.
- The test now appears in the grid when the Show Completed option is selected.
- Click the Tech Report button at the bottom of the Testing – OPH template to generate the OPH Tech Report document. After reviewing, click the Close toolbar button.
- When you have completed the test, do one of the following:
- Click the Return button at the bottom of the template to return to your workflow and the template you came from.
- Click the Save application toolbar button and then click Close.
