Document an Interpretation for Pachymetry Findings (Providers)

Providers can review Pachymetry findings and document an interpretation. Access the Testing – OPH template. On the Ordered Diagnostic Tests panel, select the option to Show Obtained tests. The grid refreshes to display obtained ophthalmology diagnostic tests. Highlight the appropriate pachymetry test in the grid. Details for the selected test display in the Selected Test Details fields below the grid. Expand the Pachymetry panel. To document an interpretation of findings, click the Pachymetry Interpretation field for the appropriate eye (OD, OS) and emte the interpretation. Enter comments in the Pachymetry Comments field. To indicate that the test is completed, click the Test Completed button in the Pachymetry panel. The status of the test changes to completed and the Test completed indicator appears. The test now appears in the grid when the Show Completed option is selected. Click the Tech Report button at the bottom of the Testing – OPH template to generate the OPH Tech Report docum

Document Pachymetry Findings

Access the Testing – OPH template. On the Ordered Diagnostic Tests panel, select the option to Show Ordered tests. The grid refreshes to display ordered ophthalmology diagnostic tests. Highlight the ordered pachymetry test in the grid. Details for the selected test appear in the Selected Test Details fields below the grid. Expand the Pachymetry panel. If appropriate, document findings for Central pachymetry for OD (right eye). For each field as appropriate, click the field and type a value or click the blue arrow and select a value from the list or the numeric keypad and click OK; if no value is needed, click OK. The average of values entered for A,B, and C calculates automatically and appears in the Average value field. Pachymetry Exam

The Pachymetry panel displays current and previous encounter exam findings. Indicate that a Diagnostic Test was Completed

Before you begin You can document that the diagnostic test was performed and enter the findings or results on the Testing - OPH template. After you have documented the test results and interpretations on the Ophthalmology Diagnostic Tests panel, the status of the test is updated. Access the Testing - OPH template. On the Ordered Diagnostic Tests panel, select one of the following the options Show options to filter the grid. All Tests Obtained Selected test Highlight the row in the Orders grid that displays the diagnostic test you want to update. Details for the selected row display in the data fields below the grid. The selected Show option changes to Selected test. In the corresponding panel for the selected test, click Test Completed. Update Details for an Ordered Ophthalmology Diagnostic Test

You can update test details for Ophthalmology diagnostic testing directly on the Ordered Diagnostic Tests panel on the Testing - OPH template. Access the Order Tests - OPH template. On the Ordered Diagnostic Tests panel select the Ordered option above the grid. Highlight the row in the grid. Details for the selected row display in the Selected Test Details section. Indicate that a Diagnostic Test was Performed

Before you begin Perform the ordered Ophthalmology diagnostic test. After you have performed an Ophthalmology diagnostic test, you can update the status of the test order to indicate that the diagnostic test was performed. Access the Testing- OPH template. On the Ordered Diagnostic Tests panel, select the Ordered to filter the grid. Highlight the row in the Orders.Details for the selected row display in the data fields below the grid. The Show option changes to Selected test. Click Test Performed.The test order is updated to include the following details: Performed by Performed date Performed time The status of the test is updated to obtained in the grid. A Test performed indicator appears on the panel for the test.
