In the Settings view, you can configure various options for your features.
| Settings | Description |

| Manage Notifications | Enables you to manage Draft Review, Pending E-Sign, and Job Alerts in NextGen® Mobile. |
| Vibrate on Record | Briefly vibrates when you select Record for the dictation.

| Vibrate on Stop | Briefly vibrates when you select Stop on the recording.
|
| Enable Bluetooth | Connects to a bluetooth microphone paired with your device. |
| Enable Proximity Lock | Turns off your device display temporarily when you raise your device towards your head during the dictation. |
| Enable FaceID | Uses your face ID instead of PIN to log on to NextGen® Mobile. |
| Enabled Touch ID | Uses your touch ID instead of PIN to log on to NextGen® Mobile. |
| SMS Number | Changes the mobile number in NextGen® Mobile. |
| Phone Calendar to Sync | Displays a list of calendars to select and sync with your calendar view in the Schedules view. |
| Auto Launch Speech Box
| Opens the speech box automatically when you connect to the NextGen Direct to Desktop.

| D2D/Direct to Desktop | Displays and hides the Direct to Desktop icon on the Hub view.
|
| Hide Streaming Text | Hides the live stream text box while dictating a job.
|
| Navigate to Chart after Dictation | Open the Patient Chart view immediately after you send a dictation to complete medication or clinical workflows.
|
| Patient Image only over Wi-Fi | Displays the patient profile image when connected to a wireless network. |
| Patient Alert Prompts | Displays the patient alerts for providers in NextGen ® clinic.

| Show Medications by brand | Displays medications by brand name in the Medications view.
|
| Reset PIN | Changes your PIN. |
| Require PIN | Sets the required time for entering the PIN after exiting NextGen® Mobile. |
| Send Logs to Support | Sends your logs to the NextGen® Mobile support team. |
| Send Diagnostics Report | Sends diagnostic reports to the NextGen® Mobile support team. |
| Change Password | Changes your password. |
| Training Videos |
Displays all the training videos provided by the NextGen® Mobile support team.

| Share Feedback | Shares your feedback about new features and application with NextGen® Mobile product team. |
| Rate this App | Enables you to rate NextGen® Mobile. |
| Macros
| Create and updates MY MACROS . Also, edits a copy of CLINIC MACROS in NextGen® Mobile.

| Dictionary
| Create and updates custom words to your personal dictionary. You can delete the added custom words, if needed.
You can also open the Dictionary by double-clicking a misrecognized word in the text box of Today’s Visit SOAP notes dictation and streaming dictation jobs. |
| Clear Cache | Clears your local job changes from the cache and local database. |
