On completing the SOAP notes, you can send the notes to
NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
You can use

When you select
and dictate, NextGen® Speech-to-Text (STT) converts dictation to streaming text. You can select
to toggle pausing or resuming the dictation. The microphone is not available if the connection fails between NextGen® Mobile and the Speech-to-Text (STT) server.
NextGen® Speech-to-Text does not record and process the dictated note in the following situations:
- If you select the back button or open other windows while recording the dictation or processing the dictated note.
- If the internet connection is lost.
NextGen® Speech-to-Text enables you to use macros of predetermined text and supports the navigational voice commands.
You get a complimentary 30-minute trial dictation, 25 copy forward, and 25 macro usages per month. For unlimited dictation and other clinical documentation workflows, you must upgrade to the NextGen® Mobile Plus or NextGen® Mobile Pro package.
Note: The Hide streaming text option in Settings is not supported for SOAP notes.
