Note: You must add or select an unlocked encounter.
Select Dictate.
SOAP Note opens.
Select SOAP Settings, and select the appropriate options.
To create macros, do the following:
Select Create New Macro.
Enter a macro name and macro text.
Optional: To turn on NextGen® Ambient Assist macros, select Ambient, and select a mode.
Standard adds defined words without additional words outside of dictation. Ambient Complete adds additional words between existing macro text based on context.
Note: The added macros are also available in the NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal.
Enter the activation phrase to add the macro.
Optional: To map a SOAP section to a macro, select SOAP Section.
Note: You can select only one SOAP section for a macro.
