Add and Delete User Accounts
Open
NextGen® Mobile
.
On the menu bar, select
Settings
.
The
Settings
view opens.
Select
Add New User
.
Logon opens.
Enter username and password, and then select
Log in
.
The account is added to the list of accounts.
You can switch to a different user account by selecting and entering the account password.
Optional:
To delete a user account, swipe from right to left, and then select
.
The account is deleted.

Updating the Account Username
When you update your account username in the NextGen® Admin Console User Management section, the logon view appears in NextGen® Mobile where you must re-log on with the updated username. You can also switch to a different user account by selecting Change Accounts. Note: If the selected account is disabled, you can contact your administrator or switch to a different user account by selecting Change Accounts. Change the Dictator in Settings
Before you begin Ensure that you have a NextGen® Enterprise EHR user license. From the menu bar in NextGen® Mobile, select Settings. In Settings, select the necessary dictator. In Edit Dictator, select Set NextGen Login Defaults. In Set Defaults, select the provider and location, and then select Done. The current dictator information is updated. Disable and Enable User Accounts
You can deactivate a user account to restrict the user from using NextGen® Mobile. Open NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal. Select Manage Clinics, and then select Users. Users opens. Search for and select a username. Edit User opens displaying User Information by default. Select the settings Settings icon icon, and then select Disable User. The use account is deactivated.
