Select Action Sets or Actions for Sign Off

Before you begin You must be a NextGen® Enterprise user to sign off Provider Approval Queue (PAQ) with actions in NextGen® Mobile. You can take one or more of the following actions while signing off a Provider Approval Queue (PAQ) item: Open the patient chart Add one or more signees to sign off NextGen® Enterprise EHR documents Add one or more users or work groups as task recipients Open NextGen® Mobile.The Hub view opens. Select PAQ, and then select an item from the list.The PAQ item opens. Open PAQ item Select Sign w/ action.The list of available action sets appears. The list of available action sets Select Launch Sign Off With Actions.The Sign Off With Actions window opens. Add Signees with Direct Sign Off of PAQ Items

Before you begin To assign a Provider Approval Queue (PAQ) item to another provider for approval, you must confirm that you are the primary provider responsible for the item. You can assign NextGen® Enterprise EHR documents to another provider for approval. Open NextGen® Mobile.The Hub view opens. Select PAQ, and then select an item from the list.The PAQ item opens. Open PAQ item Select Sign w/ action.The list of available action sets appears. The list of available action sets Note: Action sets that contain only unsupported actions are not available for selection. Unsupported actions in an action set are not run on the PAQ item. Select the action set to add signees.If the action set contains only supported items, the sign off process completes and the item is assigned to the default signees. If the action set contains unsupported items, a message appears stating that there are one or more unsupported actions and NextGen® Mobile can run only supported actions. To complete the sign off,

You can open the patient chart after signing off the Provider Approval Queue (PAQ) item. Open NextGen® Mobile.The Hub view opens. Select PAQ, and then select an item from the list.The PAQ item opens. The list of available action sets Note: Action sets that contain only unsupported actions are not available for selection. Unsupported actions in an action set are not run on the PAQ item. Select the action set to open the patient chart.If the action set contains only supported items, the sign off process completes and the patient chart opens. Before you begin You must be a NextGen user with necessary permissions for creating tasks. You can assign Provider Approval Queue (PAQ) items as tasks to one or more users or work groups after signing off the items. Note: You cannot create tasks for SAP® Crystal Reports®.
