Add Signees with Direct Sign Off of PAQ Items

Before you begin

To assign a Provider Approval Queue (PAQ) item to another provider for approval, you must confirm that you are the primary provider responsible for the item.

You can assign NextGen® Enterprise EHR documents to another provider for approval.

  1. Open NextGen® Mobile.
    The Hub view opens.
  2. Select PAQ, and then select an item from the list.

  3. Select Sign w/ action.
    The list of available action sets appears.

  4. Select the action set to add signees.
    If the action set contains only supported items, the sign off process completes and the item is assigned to the default signees. If the action set contains unsupported items, a message appears stating that there are one or more unsupported actions and NextGen® Mobile can run only supported actions.
  5. To complete the sign off, add signees, and run other supported items, select Continue.
  6. To return to the PAQ item without running supported actions, select Cancel.
