You must be a NextGen user with necessary permissions for creating tasks.
You can assign Provider Approval Queue (PAQ) items as tasks to one or more users or work groups after signing off the items.
Note: You cannot create tasks for SAP® Crystal Reports®.
Open NextGen® Mobile.
The Hub view opens.
Select PAQ, and then select an item from the list.
The PAQ item opens.
Select Sign w/ action.
The list of available action sets appears.
Note: Action sets that contain only unsupported actions are not available for selection. Unsupported actions in an action set are not run on the PAQ item.
Select the action set to create tasks.
If the action set contains only supported items, the sign off process completes and the task is assigned to the default recipients. If the action set contains unsupported actions, a message appears stating that there are one or more unsupported actions and NextGen® Mobile can run only supported actions.
To complete the sign off, assign tasks, and run other supported actions, select Continue.
To return to the PAQ item without running supported actions, select Cancel.
