Select Action Sets or Actions to Open Patient Charts with Sign Off

You can open the patient chart after signing off the Provider Approval Queue (PAQ) item.

  1. Open NextGen® Mobile.
    The Hub view opens.
  2. Select PAQ, and then select an item from the list.

  3. Select Sign w/ action.
    The list of available action sets appears.

  4. Select Launch Sign Off With Actions.

  5. Do one of the following:
    • To sign off with the open chart option, select Open Chart.
    • To sign off using an available action set, select Select Action Set, and then select the action set that includes an option for opening patient chart.
  6. Select Run.
    If the action set contains only supported items, the sign off process completes and the patient chart opens. If the action set contains unsupported items, a message appears stating that there are one or more unsupported actions and NextGen® Mobile can run only supported actions.
  7. To complete the sign off, open the patient chart, and run other supported actions, select Continue.
  8. To return to the PAQ item without running supported actions, select Cancel.
