Record Dictation without Tags When the Text Box is Open

Google™ Speech-to-text (STT) in integration with Gemini™ 1.5 Pro model automatically corrects the dictated notes for grammar, punctuation, and formatting errors without disrupting the dictation streaming service.
  1. Open NextGen® Mobile.
  2. Open a dictation job.
    The streaming text box opens displaying the Record Dictation message.
  3. Select Record.

    The recording starts and the Stop button appears with a timer indicating the recorded duration of your dictation.
  4. Begin speaking.
    The text capture of your dictation appears in the streaming text box displaying the dictation workflow as Listening.
    If the recorded audio exists, the new dictation is added to the end of the recording. If you select anywhere on the text while recording a dictation, the text is inserted at the selected location, but the audio is added to the end of the existing audio file.

  5. To stop or pause your recording, select Stop.
    The dictation text is processed, and the text box displays the refined note with the Transcript Complete! message. Send is turned on.

  6. To resume recording, select Record.
    Your new dictation is processed and added to the end of the existing dictation.
  7. To edit your dictation, select the text in the text box and make necessary changes.
  8. To transmit your job, select Send.
    The job appears in the Completed Jobs list. The dictation completion icon appears on the Scheduleview.
