Google™ Speech-to-text (STT) in integration with Gemini™ 1.5 Pro model automatically corrects the dictated notes for grammar, punctuation, and formatting errors without disrupting the dictation streaming service. Note: The transcription system can only process and refine the content of more than fifty characters in length. Open NextGen® Mobile. Open a dictation job. Select the tag you want to dictate into.If the tag does not contain previously recorded audio, the recording begins immediately, and the STOP icon appears. If the tag contains previously recorded audio, the REC icon appears, and you have to select the tag again to record. Begin speaking.The audio waves track your dictation, and the timer displays the current location of the recording head and the total duration of the recording. E-sign Dictation

You can use the Device Edit option for a dictation job to e-sign your documents in NextGen® Mobile. When the job is returned to the device, it appears in Ready for Review with the Draft Review status. Open NextGen® Mobile. Open a dictation job, and then record the dictation. From the edit options, select Device Edit. Edit options To send the dictation, select Send. When the job is ready, in Hub, select Ready for Review. The job appears in the Ready For Review window. Jobs ready for review Select the job. The Draft Review window opens displaying the selected job. After making any necessary edits to the job, select eSign. Note: You must select Send to EHR from the edit options in the Draft Review view to use the e-sign feature. If you select Send to Transcription, the dictation must be e-signed in NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal. The job is marked as signed. Select Send. Edit Streaming Dictation in the Text Box

Before you begin To view the dictation text box, you must turn off the Hide Streaming Text option in Settings. Note: You can edit the dictated note using keyboard and verbal commands when the transcription system processes and completes the transcription of the dictated note. Open NextGen® Mobile. Open a dictation job. The streaming text box opens displaying the Record Dictation message. Record your dictation. The dictation text is processed, and the text box displays the refined note with the Transcript Complete! message. View the dictation text in the text box. You can use vertical scrolling for long text that extends beyond the text box's view. On the text box, select the location where you want to add or change text. To edit dictation, do one of the following: Use the keyboard to delete or insert text. Use NextGen® Mobile verbal commands to edit a text. Select a word or a block of text, and use the commands on the context menu to edit text. The context menu contains useful commands

Listen to Dictation

After you have recorded your dictation, you can listen to the playback. By default, all audio plays through the speakers of the device. Open NextGen® Mobile. Open a dictation job. View to record a dictation To change the output and select the receiver or headphones, select Speaker. To listen to a recorded dictation, do one of the following: To listen to the audio file from the beginning, select rewind , and then select play . To skip ahead, select the audio waves at the desired time, and then select play . If the dictation contains tags, select a tag to skip ahead to that section, and then select play .
