You can check the following patient information in the Schedule view: Patient demographics Appointment time and status Location Appointment life-cycle status with unique color check-in indicators. Note: The status and check-in indicators are based on the patient details in Patient Tracking in NextGen® Enterprise EHR version 6.0 and above and Workflow Status in NextGen® Enterprise PM. Workflow completion for a patient Room details, if recorded in NextGen® Enterprise EHRNote: The room details are based on the information in PAQ > Apts > Room. Virtual Visit Scheduling Requirements for NextGen® Enterprise EHR and NextGen Enterprise PM

The NextGen® Enterprise API must be configured for your practice. The provider must be enrolled in NextGen Virtual Visits™ as a scheduled user. The provider and practice must be marked as active. The virtual visit appointment or event type must be configured in the NextGen Virtual Visits™ platform.

Filter Appointment Schedules

You can check appointment schedules for the selected resources in Schedule. You can edit the view to display only the checked-in patients or current-time events. Open NextGen® Mobile. On the menu bar, select Schedule Schedule view icon. The Resources view opens with the list of resources. Search for and select the resources. The Schedule view opens. Select Filter icon.The appointment filter menu opens. Appointment filter menu To filter the list to display patients who have checked in, select Only Show Checkin. To receive the immediate next and prior appointments or events based on the present time, select Real-Time Schedule View. View Details in Patient Charts

Before you begin You must have the necessary permissions to view and edit the patient chart and demographic details. Open NextGen® Mobile. On Hub, search for and select a patient from the advanced search. You can also open Patient Chart from the dictation job view, schedule, PAQ, and patient messages. Note: If you do not set your NextGen® Enterprise defaults in NextGen® Mobile, Patient Chart opens in the generic view, where the Charges section does not display any charges, and the Diagnosis module is not available. Patient Chart opens displaying the patient's general information and the NextGen® PxP Portal enrollment status. You can also view the encounter and practice details for NextGen® Enterprise users, and schedule and practice details for non-NextGen® Enterprise users.
