- Appointment time and status
- Location
- Appointment life-cycle status with unique color check-in indicators.

Note: If your patient in the Primary Care, Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC), or Behavioral Health specialty, synchronized with Population Health System (PHS) has clinical gaps in care with high risk scores, the warning

indicator appears in the
Schedule view.
You can configure a customized appointment status in the Appointment Preferences window in NextGen® Enterprise EHR to display colored check-in indicators for the different workflow statuses in NextGen® Mobile. If you do not configure any color for the customized appointment status, a black check-in indicator appears in NextGen® Mobile.

You can configure a
Workflow Status color in the
Appointment Scheduling Preference window in
NextGen® Enterprise PM to display colored statuses in
NextGen® Mobile.
Note: If the workflow status is not assigned to an appointment in NextGen® Enterprise PM, a green check-in indicator appears in NextGen® Mobile.

You can select a patient name in Schedule to check the patient details. You can also access other schedules, your settings, and your full calendar.
NextGen® Mobile removes schedules that are older than 15 days and not associated with an encounter; it does not automatically remove schedules attached to an encounter.
