Filter Appointment Schedules

You can check appointment schedules for the selected resources in Schedule. You can edit the view to display only the checked-in patients or current-time events.
  1. Open NextGen® Mobile.
  2. On the menu bar, select Schedule Schedule view icon.
    The Resources view opens with the list of resources.
  3. Search for and select the resources.
    The Schedule view opens.
  4. Select Filter icon .
    The appointment filter menu opens.

  5. To filter the list to display patients who have checked in, select Only Show Checkin.
  6. To receive the immediate next and prior appointments or events based on the present time, select Real-Time Schedule View.
  7. Tap outside the schedule filter menu.
    The Schedule view displays the filtered list.
