NextGen® Direct-to-Desktop Overview
The Direct to Desktop functionality is available in NextGen® Mobile version 9.0.0 or later. To view Direct to Desktop in NextGen® Mobile, you must ensure the following:
- You are a NextGen® Mobile plus and streaming user.
- You belong to a permission group that has the Access to Mobile Hub option turned on in NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal.
You must install the NextGen® Direct-to-Desktop (D2D) application on the desktop where you have installed NextGen® Enterprise EHR 5.9.0 or later. You can point and select to place the cursor where you want to enter data. The phone’s microphone acts as a voice receiver.
